Sparq's solutions consulting team spent 3 to 4 hours preparing for each client interaction. Since May 2026 a small practitioner team has used Claude Code to build and operate an internal agentic platform across four repositories: 22 specialist agents behind an orchestrator, 24 shared tools, 19 scheduled jobs, 15 skills, 3 dashboards and 2 production Slack agents, running on Amazon Bedrock. The revenue organization uses it daily.

Caveats
Sparq is a consultancy and the post doubles as marketing for its AI readiness services. The authors say the numbers measure delivery volume from GitHub history, not business impact, and that there was no comparison build without Claude Code. Team size isn't stated.
